Movie Plot: The film is about global warming that causes the upper and lower environments to separate so that their different movements generate huge electrical charges that cause a huge electric whirlwind over New York City causing destruction and loss of life. Dr. Cassie Lawrence tries to stop the twins as anarchy. NASA neglected the mayor, who Dr. Lawrence advises to follow the advice and instead use silver iodide on the atmosphere, making things worse, so our heroes have to use dry ice (frozen CO2) to use their iceberg rockets. The problem is solved, but before the film ends, the same storm effect begins in Paris.
